In line with advice from the experts, we are taking proactive and preventative measures to minimise any impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
During COVID-19, PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions will continue to remain open to support our customers.
DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) OUTBREAK
OUR OFFICE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
Due to the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, our office is currently closed to the public, but we are still able to facilitate normal operations and have implemented a Drop Off Point outside our office.
We ask prior to attending our office that you liaise with our staff to pre-arrange the drop off, this will allow us to issue a webform to submit your details.
When it’s time for a drop-off
1. Call 07 5522 1120 to advise staff that you’re at our office.
2. Remember to practice social distancing of 1.5 Metre
3. Isopropyl alcohol clean of the computer before and after.
Our focus is on our clients and staff and community living in general. Therefore we will be taking the following measures:

- On-Site visits (to you) may be Limited to “Emergency Only” visits, and strict guidelines will be followed in accordance with government medical information
- Any Laptops & Desktop PC’s that are dropped off to us, may require them to be left at the Door upon request, to minimize any risk of person-person contact.
- Laptops will be Sanitized upon receiving (Wiped down with Isopropyl Alcohol) we ask you to do the same before bringing into the store. Which will include Keyboard & TouchPad Area, TouchScreens, the Inner & Outer Casing of the Laptop & Chargers, and Laptop Bag handles.
- Desktop PC’s – All Surfaces of a Desktop PC will be Sanitized upon receiving, as well as any Peripherals such as External Keyboards, Mouse, Chargers etc.
- We will thoroughly Sanitize your Laptop or Desktop PC & equipment before returning it to you.
- We will be minimising interaction as much as possible. As such we will be reducing onsite assistance, providing remote computer support and communicating via email and telephone wherever possible.
“The common symptoms of Coronavirus are fever, dry cough, shortness of breath and a sore throat. It would be appreciated if you do not visit our office if you are experiencing any of these symptoms.”
