Where does PCFIXIT provide support?
PCFIXIT is based on the Gold Coast and provides local onsite assistance across supported Gold Coast locations. Remote helpdesk, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, backup and security services are available for supported users and devices across Australia.
What are the standard helpdesk hours?
Standard ProactivCare helpdesk coverage is 8×5. Optional 24×7 remote helpdesk coverage is available with ProactivCare+ and ProactivCare++, subject to the agreed service scope.
Does ProactivCare include cybersecurity?
Yes. Security forms part of the ProactivCare model. Higher tiers add stronger controls, enhanced monitoring, improved visibility and additional resilience capabilities.
Do you provide endpoint and Microsoft 365 backup?
ProactivCare can include managed endpoint backup and independent Microsoft 365 and supported SaaS backup, together with monitoring, restore assistance and recovery testing according to the agreed scope.
Can PCFIXIT take over from an existing IT provider?
Yes. PCFIXIT first reviews the current environment, access, documentation, risks and dependencies before planning a structured transition.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go IT support?
Yes. PCFIXIT provides pay-as-you-go remote IT support for suitable one-off issues, subject to technician availability, system access and the nature of the request. An ongoing ProactivCare agreement is not required for this service.
Do you still help residential customers?
PCFIXIT provides limited residential IT support for selected issues. Requests are assessed case by case, and remote assistance may be recommended where practical. Not every device, problem or onsite request can be accepted.
Can PCFIXIT provide business internet and VoIP?
Yes. PCFIXIT can provide suitable NBN TC4, Enterprise Ethernet, Ethernet Access, 4G, 5G and business VoIP services. Availability and the appropriate service depend on the location, infrastructure, business requirements and agreed scope.
