Is Microsoft 365 backup the same as file synchronisation?
No. Review how each service handles deletion, corruption and restoration. Synchronisation alone does not establish a separate recoverable backup.
Are all Microsoft 365 services automatically protected?
No. Coverage depends on the backup product, configuration and agreed scope. Confirm the workloads and accounts included.
Can you guarantee recovery of any deleted item?
Recovery depends on whether the data was protected, the available restore points and retention. Those limits need to be understood in advance.
Can backup be managed with ProactivCare?
Supported SaaS backup can form part of the agreed ProactivCare scope. The proposal defines coverage, monitoring and restore assistance.
